Coaching helps you sort out a balance between your beliefs and your vision. It directs you to clarify your actual goals rather than the goals you feel others expect of you.
Many experiences and circumstances can take you away from the life you imagined. A coach can encourage you to realign with that path and help you get back on. The more aligned you are with who you are and what you want, the easier it is to re-direct your thoughts and take inspired action.
Living your best life doesn't assume constant positivity. Instead, it guides you to a place that feels secure rather than forced, where you can shift your thoughts to direct your actions.
